Association matters, news, and announcements.
Dear Members and Community.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the committee has decided to cancel this week's AGM meeting.
We are going to deal with the AGM formalities in the next week or so via email. Please keep an eye out for the email as voting is required to meet our obligations.
We'll also send out a separate update on a few local projects that affect the community.
As always, please contact us if you have any concerns, feedback or queries.
Due to Covid 19 Alert Levels, our Annual General Meeting has now been postponed to
Thursday 23 September 2021 - 7 pm (CANCELLED)

If the meeting is unable to be held in person on that date, our most likely contingency plans are either a virtual meeting via zoom and/or to deal with the required regulatory matters via email. So please be sure to keep checking your email inbox for updates.
We outline our agenda here and minutes from the last meeting here.
The Moutere Hills Residents Association will hold their next AGM on

Thanks to all who attended our AGM and Meet-The-Candidates event yesterday. The meeting was well attended and there was lively debate following the presentations from our parliamentary candidates.
Please find the minutes from the meeting here.
As announced earlier, our AGM/candidates meeting originally planned for today has been postponed due to Covid-19 and the postponement of the General Election itself.
We're happy to announce a new date for this meeting. This will now be held:
7pm Tuesday 29th September
at Moutere Hills Community Centre
We look forward to seeing you there.
The new meeting will form the official AGM date for the Moutere Hills Residents Association, and it will also be the local Meet-The-Candidates event. Drinks and nibbles will be provided at the venue. We may carry out some member voting on association matters and updates online prior, in order to save time at the meeting.
Our Meet the Candidates meeting will still be happening, however this will now be in late September. We will update you about the new date and time when that is confirmed.
To stay on track with our annual association timeline, this year we might use email voting on MHRA elections and other AGM association matters. This would proceed during mid September.
The MHRA secretary will be emailing a brief agenda and report to association members and AGM matters including acceptance of previous minutes, financial report, election of officers, etc. will be voted on by association members and confirmed via email.
The Moutere Hills Residents Association will hold their AGM on
Tuesday 1st September 2020, 7 pm
at the Moutere Hills Community Centre

Voting documents for the local government elections should be arriving at your home shortly, so be sure cast your vote - and remind others to do the same. You are choosing the future of Tasman District.
Many thanks again to all candidates for attending our event and all association and community members who were able to visit.
A reminder that our AGM is on this Thursday 19 September, 7 pm at the Moutere Hills Community Centre.
All welcome. Be sure to attend. Coffee, tea, and nibbles provided. The bar will be open - bring your friends!
